Does anyone have advice on how to treat baby acne? Poor little Livi has a pretty good case of it and I was just told to wash her face with normal soap and water and wait it out, but it just doesn't seem to be getting any better! poor dear girl!

You have such a sweetheart! Sorry about the acne. two of my boys had it too. The good news is it goes away.
Annie had a little bit as well, and it cleared itself right up after a month or two.
I would recommend NOT putting soap on it!! Most babies get acne.. don't worry, it will go away on it's own soon! :)
